• Bem-Vindos! Thank you for visiting the Portuguese Brazil San Francisco and San Jose School website. I’m Carlos Vasconcelos, a Portuguese Instructor and Translator with a nine-year experience teaching Portuguese in the Bay Area. I’m also the director of the Portuguese Brazil San Francisco and San Jose School, a Journalist and I will be your teacher. I was born and raised in Espírito Santo, Brazil, where I earned an MBA. I came to San Francisco in 2001. I've been teaching Portuguese for 11 years all over the Bay Area. In 2008 I took the challenge of opening my own school in San Francisco. In 2009 I opened our San Jose location where we also teach Brazilian Portuguese. Pretty soon we will offer classes in Los Angeles and San Diego. Please check our website for more information.
